France Forward's pricing varies based on the type of service you choose. For example, if you're forwarding a parcel that’s shipped directly to our warehouse, the cost will differ from a parcel that we need to personally pick up from a collection point. Each service is priced according to the level of effort and logistics involved, ensuring you get a fair rate based on your specific needs.

Grouping your parcels combines them into one box, which often reduces your shipping costs. Larger parcels are cheaper to ship per unit, helping cut down your invoice.

The best shipping company depends on your needs for tracking and package dimensions:

Tracking:

  • DHL: Offers excellent tracking with precise updates and reliable service to nearly all destinations, thanks to their German efficiency.

  • UPS: Provides good tracking and accuracy, though it’s less effective in some regions, particularly Africa.

  • Colissimo: Has limited tracking, with generally slower service compared to UPS and DHL. It excels in DOM-TOM regions, but international quality can vary based on local post office reliability.

  • Chronopost: Delivers excellent tracking with timely updates, often partnering with carriers like DHL to ensure efficient delivery.

Weight and Size Limitations:

  • UPS:

    • Max weight: 70 kg
    • Max combined length and girth: 419 cm
    • Max length: 270 cm
    • Note: Extra charges apply for oversized packages.
  • DHL:

    • Max weight: 70 kg
    • Max dimensions: 300x300x300 cm
    • Palletized shipments can exceed these limits.
    • Note: Extra charges apply for oversized packages.
  • Colissimo:

    • Max weight: 30 kg
    • Max dimensions: 200 cm (combined height, length, and width)
  • Chronopost:

    • Max weight: 30 kg
    • Max dimensions: 300 cm (length + 2x height + 2x width)

Choosing the right service will depend on your priorities for tracking quality and package size limits.

If your parcel arrives damaged, you must contact the carrier's representative within 48 hours of delivery

Yes, we offer a Vinted pick-up service! If you've purchased an item on Vinted and need help with collection and forwarding, we can pick up the parcel from the designated location and handle the rest, ensuring it gets to you safely.
